Email kingsib@gmail.com. The most useful reports include the page you were on (the address bar shows a link for every station, train and operator view), what you expected, and roughly when it happened — train data is live, so "the 09:15 to Leeds on Tuesday" helps far more than "a train was wrong".

Things worth reporting:

• A train showing in the wrong place, or missing entirely
• A station board that disagrees with the screens at the station
• Station facilities information that is out of date
• Anything on the site that is hard to use, especially on a phone or with assistive technology
